Refund and Cancellation Policy

The SellSutra pilot is free, so no payment or refund applies.

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
• If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we refund the full amount.
• Otherwise, payments for a period already started are not refunded, except where required by law or if we fail to provide the service.

Payments for custom development follow the milestones and terms in the signed proposal or contract for that project.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
